What are the washing instructions?
Our blankets are machine washable and designed for easy care:
- Machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F), gentle cycle, with mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low.
- Avoid washing with rough materials to prevent scratches or damage.
We also recommend washing your blanket before first use or if production odors are still present.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed. Once your order is sent to production, we’re unable to cancel it. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Will the colors on the blanket look exactly like what’s on the screen?
Due to the woven nature of our blankets, colors may not appear as vibrant as they do on your screen. Each piece is crafted with care, and the slight differences add to its charm and authenticity.
Do you ship internationally?
